SILAS SEANDEL CREATES SUNSPOTS
Silas Seandel introduces The Sunspots Too Cocktail Table, a sculptural cocktail table, executed in cast bronze with copper, brass, bronze and steel accents. A 3/4” plate glass top allows for a clear view of the base where the circular forms combine with light and shadow to perform a lyrical dance.

Silas Seandel is known world wide for incorporating sculptural techniques into the design of furniture. His uniquely original custom pieces have enhanced many private residences, as well as high-end corporate environments, since 1963.
Executed in solid metals such as brass, bronze, steel, copper, etc., no two pieces are exactly alike. Furniture designs are constantly evolving and variations are unlimited. There are no enamels and no veneers. Nothing unnatural is utilized in the crafting process. All colors are the result of acids and heat treatments that Silas has developed himself. Designs can be modified according to the client’s taste and specifications.
His gallery is located in the heart of the new Chelsea art district. Clients are invited to view his collection of handmade tables, wall sculptures, mirrors, fountains, etc. and at the same time, observe a real working sculpture studio. Convenient indoor free parking is a decided plus.
